Data & Accuracy

Where does your data come from?
All geographic data comes from OpenStreetMap (OSM), a collaborative project to create a free editable map of the world.
How often is data updated?
We cache data for performance: city boundaries (30 days), street lists (7 days), and business info (24 hours). This ensures fast load times with reasonably fresh data.
How accurate are the coordinates?
Coordinate accuracy depends on OpenStreetMap data quality in that region. Generally, it is within 1-5 meters in well-mapped areas.
